Afoxolaner

Afoxolaner is an isoxazoline compound characterized by a good safety profile and extended effectiveness against fleas and ticks on dogs following a single oral dose administration. It acts by inducing hyperexcitation in the nervous system of susceptible insects. Afoxolaner is selectively toxic to the insect and acarine nervous system.
